My visit with each location of Kesley facilities was handled in a timely matter. Very friendly faces and care of patients needs. Information is sent out to patients before their visit on what requirements are needed before the scheduled office appointment. A plus for me no parking fee. Which is a great relief for many Kesley Se bold patients.

Very easy to use. Pretty much able to see your health history, medications, appointments, etc. in on app. Kelsey care has been a good fit for me in Houston. Maybe not so much in more rural areas.

The latest update completely blocks app access with an "Account Verification Required" popup regarding regional requirements. This is breaking functionality across three separate devices synced to my account. Local healthcare apps shouldn't lock patients out due to overly aggressive Play Store regional checks. Please look into this validation loop.

I experienced significant dissatisfaction with how my eye visit appointment was managed. When I called ahead to confirm, Alba's attempt to reclassify the visit based on her guidelines resulted in confusion about charges. When I requested to escalate the matter to a supervisor, I was transferred to Chamica, who unfortunately, was a coordinator, not a supervisor as I had requested. It's worth noting I was punctual, arriving before my scheduled time and never treated since I was not told of upfront

When your PCP does not listen to your medical needs... until you can't see your doctor unless you pay $33 balance prior to being released from the hospital came in for a follow-up and still have not been treated with what I need to be seen I've been denied or ignored or referral out to specialists they don't care it's about money Kelsey-Seybold and every doctor that's in the medical field nowadays it's all about money I've been in the medical field for 30 years. We never denied a patient.
