This app is OK if you're only using 1 part of the UT healthcare system. If you're using 2, such as UTMB and UT Physicians, the app WON'T show info for both. For example, if you initially use the app while a patient of UT Physicians and then, later, get sent to a UTMB facility, that app twon't show in this app (also, UTMB will not call, text, or email a confirmation. They'll only use this app). You're somehow supposed to know this and link the "different" UT system in the UT Health app.

If you pay your bills in office, it will later try to charge you excess of what the office bills were and if you try to contact them to discuss the discrepancies they will not contact you back until you pay what it said you owe, and then it will give you a new amount it says you owe for a procedure you've already paid for twice. In the meantime you will not be able to see any test results or contact with your doctor.
