Sends alert to schedule flu vaccine, click on link, and it says Cannot Schedule. Sends alert to schedule MMR vaccine then asks What is main reason for requesting an appointment. Why is the typeface for message responses so low contrast and delicate, yet my reply is in bold type w a background? I know what I wrote but can barely make out the response. Most users don't have the eyesight of a 16 yr old.

This app won't connect to ONE provider. They keep trying to blame it on me. We have tried EVERYTHING. Uninstalled and reinstalled. The provider has deleted and re-created my account with a new email address TWICE. I can log into the website but the app won't connect. ALL my other providers work just fine with the app. "We can't log you in right now. Please try again later." FOR TWO MONTHS.

This app is meant to make it easier to message the medical team and communicate without phoning — but you still can’t actually send a message through it! You’re forced to call instead, and then you can be on hold for hours. It doesn’t save time, it doesn’t reduce phone calls, and it doesn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do. It serves no purpose at all — completely pointless and frustrating. I’d rather just pick up the phone, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.

Do not use this application! If you have ever taken a pain medication, it will stay on your current medication list, and they told me they have no way of getting it off my list of medication that I'm taking. So now my new Dr. that I'm seeing for my pain, sees my list of current medication, and it tells my new Doctor I'm taking a strong medication for pain, and I'm really NOT! VERY inaccurate and shares inaccurate info about the patient.
