My Chart is a great resource to have that can help you with your medical care. Upcoming appointments can be put into your Google calendar in a click. You can leave a message with your care team, check your balance and even pay your bill from the app. I wouldn't be without it.

I am pleased with the My Chart app. As an example of convenience, I went to get labs done, but because of their computers being down, they couldn't pull up the order for anyone. However, my app worked, and they could still get labs done.

This app was great. Now it has been changed, so you can't make an appointment with your doctor. Go to the doctor or hospital's website, and it sends you here.

100% useless App. Having to constantly reset the password for a simple app every couple of months means not to use the stupid thing as it is a waste of the patients time.

Please add Dark Mode support. There's so much bright white, it hurts my eyes. Dark mode has been a feature in Android since version 9.0, we are now in version 15 and still don't have this support from you guys. It's unacceptable and inexcusable in 2025. I don't understand why you guys are so far behind with supporting this BASIC feature for the visually impaired. Dark mode is basically recognized as an Accessibility feature at this point.
