Excellent App. Useful to schedule, confirm, change appointments, and receive reminders, to see results from tests and medical history. However, it is limited to only those doctors and facilities that adopt use. Most of my doctors have not enabled My Chart. Some former useful features, arrival notification no longer available, not essential or problematic but desirable.

It's the biggest reoccurring Stressful glitching useless resource for me. Nobody can tell me after 6 months why I can't join virtual appointments. And every single time I have to try it, it doesn't work. I call my provider and spend 25 to 20 minutes explaining the same situation. Tired of it.

It keeps telling me I have to verify my account due to regional requirements. This is the first time this ever happening and I been having this app for many years. I've tried everything, but I can not figure out how to fix it

I have to change my password almost every time I sign on and then use a code they send to my email. It is very aggravating. As far as seeing your appointments and bills and what was discussed in the office or lab work is a good thing. I enjoy having that at my fingertips.

Set Online version at GOSH but once home couldn't remember Username and Password; difficult to remember something set up in stressful circumstances immediately after appointment. Managed access to My Chart in the end but have not verified email; I've tried, requested the code but never arrives. Always concerned am I missing something from GOSH; such as an appointment letter/details for an appointment so wish it were easier.

The app works good. It would be great if they didn't sell my information to companies though. Ever since I signed up to this I've been getting calls for Medicare and dentists. A bunch of different medical things. I signed up to this, so I could look and see my appointments whenever I needed to. But I've gotten a call at least one literally every day since. I'm 40 years old, and they're asking me about Medicare. Update. Changing it to one star. The calls have gotten much worse. 20 a day now
