This app is very, very dangerous and mishandled throughout the medical field in this country. From alaska to stl. Louis. My medical records have been falsified merged, and it all is bad when the hospitals can go off of falsified medical information and keep misdiagnosed me.

Absolute garbage! Every time I try to log in it says it's going to send a verification code, and I never get one. I have yet to log in to do anything. The same thing happens when I try to log in on the website. Total B.S.

I encountered a scheduling error in my My Chart app account, I saw that I had an appointment on 7/6/26. Today is 7/10/2026. I knew my next appointment was to be in September, not July. I called my provider because I don't want to be charged for a missed appointment I never scheduled & found that I had NEVER had a July appointment & that many other people are having the same troubles with ghosts appointments appearing on their My Chart calendars. This NEEDS to be fixed! I want to trust My Chart.
