This app makes tracking my appointments so easy! I can easily check my test results and message all of my Doctors (no more phone tag). I really love this app!!!

Very nice to have easy access to your medical information on one place.

I love My Chart. It is informative, easy to navigate, and makes managing healthcare simple. Having immediate access to test results and medical details gives me peace of mind—no more endless waiting around. Scheduling appointments and messaging my provider directly is seamless. I only wish this app had come along sooner!

For a year or two, My Chart was useful and seemed well constructed. Since the beginning of 2026, it has become a confusing tangle of names, links and passwords. Beginning with the name My Chart, it is not clear if it is really called Epic or My Chart, which seems to cause login and password confusion. Then, formerly linked provider accounts have either vanished, unlinked or deleted records. Integration with Loyola and Trinity health has been a disaster of missing records and multiple account names

It's a good thing to have for when I need to message my daughter's doctor or her nurse for something important I'm never able to message anybody unless they message me first which is frustrating because I can't get ahold of my doctor right away when I call so messaging them is a quicker way, but I can't do a quicker way if I'm not able to physically write them in the first place
