Haiku provides authorized clinical users of Epic’s Electronic Health Record with secure access to clinic schedules, hospital patient lists, health summaries, test results and notes. Haiku also supports In Basket access and the ability to place and receive voice calls for care team collaboration.

It only took what felt like 1000 years, but they finally updated the app to be functional. I can now place orders, see patient messages, and it's better for overall chart review.

Not close to the ios version of this app. Can't put orders in, which should be the minimum. And just clanky menu to see patient lists. Update can finally put order in and see active orders... Finally

Since the update, using a non-default patient list is now considerably more time-consuming. Opening a chart from any non-default list now results in the app simply forgetting (or skipping past) said list in favor of returning each time to the default patient list. The practical impact of this is that a user must now start from scratch after each patient. In other words, to return to the previous list, a user must now repeatedly "open the facility list, select a facility, select a unit..."

I suddenly can no longer use Haiku on my Android (Samsung 20FE) device. It continues to work on my Apple device (ipad), so I'm wondering if it is an issue with the app update. My institution has not been able to help.

So rudimentary that I might get an iPhone instead. The Android version is so limited, half of the options are nonexistent for Android. I experienced this at three different medical systems. Android, you better step up.
