Ease of access to important documents or clinical notes/appt details are right at the touch of your fingertips with the app. It also shows any upcoming appointments, and lists the previous appts you have had; so you can access documents without having to call or go to medical records. Honestly one of the easiest and most user-friendly app for health is this app. If you have sentara my chart already, you can sign in with my chart for easy access.

My PCP migrated to Sentara My Chart last year. I have never been able to schedule an appointment with my doctor through the app. I am able to schedule an appointment with my former PCP, which would help if he wasn't my 'former' PCP. I have contacted my doctor's office and My Chart. Both tell me to speak to the other to correct the issue. My wife and I both have the same PCP. This doctor shows for my wife but not for me.

This app is so secure you can't even get in with your login credentials. I forgot my password and went to reset it, no biggie, click the link and try to reset it for it to tell me it couldn't perform that function at the moment. So I try again, and same thing. I try a third time and successfully updated my password. I'm thinking "great, now I can access my important medical information" I use the updated password, and it says it's incorrect. I kept trying, and received the same message.4 times!

This is TERRIBLE !! I CANNOT get into my chart !!!! I'm trying to get into my chart, this is NOT the first time this has happened, this app is HORRIBLE !!
