App is extremely user-friendly. Ease of access to important documents or clinical notes/appt details are right at the touch of your fingertips with the app. It also shows any upcoming appointments, and lists the previous appts you have had; so you can access documents without having to call or go to medical records. Honestly one of the easiest and most user-friendly app for health is this app. If you have sentara my chart already, you can sign in with my chart for easy access.

My PCP migrated to Sentara My Chart last year. I have never been able to schedule an appointment with my doctor through the app. I am able to schedule an appointment with my former PCP, which would help if he wasn't my 'former' PCP. I have contacted my doctor's office and My Chart. Both tell me to speak to the other to correct the issue. My wife and I both have the same PCP. This doctor shows for my wife but not for me.

Absolutely INFURIATING experience with this app. You can't actually log in on the app itself, it redirects you to a browser. Annoying, but whatever. The problem is it sends a pass code to your email, and by the time you close your browser, open your email app, copy the code, and open your browser again, THE SENTARA WEBSITE RESETS TO THE START SO YOU CAN'T PUT THE CODE IN. Sure I could just use a second device, but I can't! If I was able to use my computer, I would do that instead of the app!

It's a mess—as is Sentara. I pay a copay, they show I paid the copay, yet the app says right under the line where it shows the copay paid that I still need to pay the copay. Also, needed to have a hospital scan and went to the hospital, waited an hour just to discover I couldn't get the scan because the app never said I couldn't drink anything for 8 hours. The nurse said, "It was in My Chart"—uh, no it wasn't! Checked 3X! Neither was an order to fast before blood work. Truly HORRIBLE app.

Does not have all of my doctors listed. Had doctors on there. I have seen One time over 2 years ago and there's no way to delete them. Very hard to get hold of some doctors if they're not on my chart

When I tried to log in it went to another page and just repeating in the top of the page: "Login" then switches to "My chart- Aut" Thus just repeats over and over again.
