Log in to the app using your MyChart account to get mobile access to the following: • Test results: View lab test results and standard ranges for each result. • Messages: View, create, and reply to messages from your healthcare team. • Appointments: View or cancel upcoming appointments, and read information about your previous appointments. • Health advisories: Get notified when it’s time for your annual physical, flu shot, and other preventive care needs. • Health summary: View your medications, allergies, immunizations, and current health concerns. • Proxy access: View health information for designated family members, including children. • Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

Great app which gives appointment details, e check - in for appointment visits, schedule appointments, cancel appointments, shows lab results, allow notes to and from assigned doctors and ask for medication refills.

Provides most basic-routine post visit communication, test results, appointments. Most basic. Does not replace the ability to call the offices directly if needed. Type a message, hit SEND and pray it is received, read, and will start a replay. Doing more with less, and everybody knows it. (Don't bother the Doctors or Staff with your questions or concerns) just drop a note down the slot, and be gone. Ohhh! And the app doesn't allow a SCREEN SAVE for sharing with Dr's or family.

Difficult to fix errors like my medications. Stop asking me to verify my cell phone-you are already sending texts to my cell constantly. Cannot access Dr notes from hospital visits. Should also be able to nominated cna or nurse that went above and beyond. Also, nurses have no business telling patients there is nothing that can be done. When the patient has been adamant they do not want Hospice. The nurses have no business in that. Its patients body their choice between them the Dr & family
