This is amazing. To have access to doctors you've seen, test results, billing, communication and so much more all in one place. I could not ask for more.

This app is really amazing! Everything that's in your chart is uploaded and accessible to the patient whenever you want. In fact, it sends reminders of upcoming appointments, and all your test results are also uploaded. If you don't understand the results you can email them and within a few hours they'll respond to your questions. I am extremely pleased with this app and would suggest you download load it if you're a patient in NYU Langone.

It has one of the worst billing department. They bill wrong ICD andCPT codes. They do not accept Medicare and secondary insurance. When Medicare denies the claim due to their mistakes, they accept patients to pay. Fix your billing department.

I can't get my medications through you guys it won't let me I don't know if it's because it's a controlled substance, but my doctor's office said it would be quick and easy, and it's not I can't even call them through this app, and then I don't have any medications they would do on the 5th, and I've been calling since Wednesday because your app wasn't working for me and I have no medication for my for the weekend, so I'm basically screwed

This app is truly unreliable, I made an appointment for a pet scan on Bard Ave Staten Island. They set appointment for 10:45AM. The people that work at the place. 1 Day later they send me an email that my appointment was for 11:45 AM. They send me an app when I get there text they will check me in. I printed out the email and did everything that it said, when I got there at 11:45 they wanted to reschedule the appointment. Because I was supposed to come at 10:45. Spoke to the technician and he told
