Love this App! I had to reschedule an appointment with my doctor, so I called his office to do just so. I was greeted with information that many "patients request" could now be handled on the Central Ohio Primary Care mobile App. I listened for a little while longer...but quickly decided to hang up and give the mobile app a try. Wow was I pleasantly surprised!!! I was able to reschedule my appointment with ease. Thanks COPC...this app saves time, is informative, and works great!!! Tom

Your schedule an appointment is broken. I selected my doctor, your app provided locations. My doctor was not at the location you provided. I would not have wasted my copay to see an unfamiliar doctor. If you make me choose my doctor first then you should only provide locations they are at.

Not user-friendly. If my chart is on more than one device you get up redundant messages. Need to sinc passwords and usernames with the Trinity My chart. Let's merge the two.

The app does what it's supposed to do quite well but also establishes an effective mean of preventing timely communication with your provider. I've been with my provider long before he became part of copc but with them now blocking access with the app AND charging to communicate with my excellent provider, I'm thinking of getting my healthcare elsewhere.

Crashes all the time. Won't let me look at anything. I wish my doctor didn't have to use this app

I did not receive a bill that I owed anything. There was no indication on my ap that there was a message or statement that was owed. I am very unhappy about this.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
