The app does what it's supposed to do quite well but also establishes an effective mean of preventing timely communication with your provider. I've been with my provider long before he became part of copc but with them now blocking access with the app AND charging to communicate with my excellent provider, I'm thinking of getting my healthcare elsewhere.

I sent messages to my doctor two times and have never got a response. Then I tried the E thing. There were no options to type in under other if none of the multiple answers did not explain my problem. Very disappointed in this app.

Not user-friendly. If my chart is on more than one device you get up redundant messages. Need to sinc passwords and usernames with the Trinity My chart. Let's merge the two.
