Basic issues, like not being able to see my password when typing it in. App doesn't always accept the password, but will say the password was previously used when trying to reset it.

Very slow make an 8 am appointment, and it takes 55 plus mins. Before I even see a hegenist. Then told the hegenist called off. 55 min to see a dentist.

So my experience was great with dr andy tu. My eye is swollen shut I did everything and more I slept elevated iced my eye and using heat too. My eye is swollen shut it will not open. Heres my bad experience whoever I dealt with for after hours was terrible. Nobody will be there until monday. Um then why does it say in the instructions I can call whenever to talk to them. All I wanted was a doctors note because I can't go to work like this with a swollen eyeball. It isn't painful.

Too invasive of my privacy. When multiple medical providers use the same app, they all have access to all of my medical info. I can't block access individually. Why should my dentist know if I have Erectile Dysfunction? (This is one of the questions asked for my dental appointment.)
