It's easy to log in and get online with the provider. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I look forward to my therapy sessions, though Valera has been very slow about setting them up because of how busy those providers are.

Valera Health sucks! I wouldn't recommend it to anybody! They have you go through the whole process give you false home then you hear nothing from them unless you reach out. This is not something I would use if you're in need of help relatively quickly! I was able to get into a therapist and on medication through my original provider before they even got back to me about starting services! Ridiculous.

My provider, Louise Yee was great. I very much enjoyed speaking with, and looked forward to my sessions with her. I finally felt like I was making some progress again. Unfortunately, it seems like she may no longer be at Valera. I got a call from someone named Christina who has yet to give me a call back about what happened to my provider. I had to call to get vague and conflicting answers from someone else and was told someone would call me again. It's now been close to a week and no one has.
