Unbelievable having to tell you so many details, including Name, age, phone number, email and gender just to turn my lights on, is an invasion of my privacy. No option to not answer and only having male or female as gender option is unacceptable in 2023.

I can't even get to use it to find out how it works. I don't know why you can't use it without having to create an account and why you have to give your address number, or you're not allowed to create an account at all? Why is my email address OR phone number not ending. Despite the fact I am including the UK area code I keep getting my phone number rejected for some reason.

Your app is very deceiving your customer service hangs up on potential customers. You can't clear out your personal information? You're customer service don't know how to clear out your information and hangs up on you!!! It's just a scam !!!! Clear out my information because I uninstalled the app. This app is just not worth the time...scammers ...
