This app provides a useful and secure way to communicate with my patients when I am not in clinic. I have had difficulty adding patients to my contacts list, but I haven't spent a lot of time troubleshooting this issue. See is the best telehealth platform I've seen for integrating all aspects of my practice. Easy scheduling, stable video, adequate EMR, efficient and reliable billing. There are some areas where it could be improved but the solutions I've developed are adequate.

I appreciate that it's simple. I use this for my telehealth, as well as zoom for a different physician. Vsee is better. It's just a simpler application! Bells and whistles belong somewhere else. Sometimes you just need a place to type and video chat. Regarding stability, it's okay. The app has weird internet issues. And ideally: if I get a call, plug in a USB headset, and then answer the call, I would expect the app to understand my intent. It does not. Small nitpick.

Very nice app, but please add some futures to it. Like Google chat, I can't screenshot, edit message, and audio call, I can't save pictures, and I can't react to someone photo.please, you guys, just update it with Google chat futures

I love the usage time I've had with See, but I have notifications telling me to 'sign in' to access unread messages... but no way to sign in ! There is a link to 'sign out' but I can't get my unread messages.

Terrible support. I am using the app as part of a paid for service. The connection is so bad I need to use the landline phone with the video so that others can hear us. It's cosing us £30 a month for broadband and the equipment with See installed, we can't get out of it until 2022. The provider of the equipment has looked into it and found our connection is via a fixed route, See are the only ones that can fix it. They will probably ignore this like all feedback.

I've been using See with my Councilor since 2020, and it's been GREAT! However, for the last 3 months there has been no camera on my Councilors end, only on mine which is frustrating at times. Please fix this
