It's not a user-friendly application especially to older folks who are not computer savvy. In my case, I can only use the app on my cell phone. I start using the app on my desktop, which I would prefer, it would not allow me to do so. It doesn't work when you have the app on more than 1 devices. It has to be on your phone or desktop but not on both! The only reason why I am using this is that this is the app that my family doctor uses to communicate with me and my husband. Poor app!

The app works fine with a couple issues that I encountered within minutes of use. First, the login fields don't allow c/p. I use a password manager with randomly generated passwords, meaning every time I log in I have to open my password manager and swap between apps to manually transcribe a random password. This could be fixed by either allowing c/p in fields or enabling biometric logins. It also does not indicate that it only allows two attachments in messages (or perhaps a max total size?).

I should be seen much earlier than this. I booked an appt in July that worried for me. Your office took the liberty of changing my appt without consulting me. I understand that Dr Tailer will be away during the time I had booked. That's not a problem, but to reschedule without discussing with me is not. The new date conflicted with my husband's lung specialist appt. Rather than call me, again you chose another date which I can't attend as I just had a knee replaced. I am frustrated.
