The MyTotal Benefits app gives health plan members access to their benefit dollars and more.
Eligible members can track their benefit dollars, allowances, incentives and rewards in one place. They can shop for approved over-the-counter items directly from the app, or use the Find Stores tool to search participating retail store locations nearby.
Program details and account information are always available in real-time. If a member loses their card, no problem they can manage their card status and reorder a new one directly from the app.
With MyTotal Benefits staying physically and financially healthy is easy.

I've never had an issue with this app. It's set up perfectly for people that have trouble navigating throughout their account. It is labeled where it's easy to understand requirements or explanations of each catalog and or category.

Some OTC items bought Jan-Mar are now taken from the rewards balance instead of OTC. Scanner says approved...wrong. Only when checking the balance do you see this. The reimbursement form is only when paying out of pocket. Aetna transferred from one balance to another when something similar happened. Having the rewards and OTC balances on the flex card is a mess. I returned items more than once since OTC items were wiping out the rewards balance. Prefer rewards on a gift certificate.less hassle.

This app is totally useless, there isn't a barcode scanner or anything on it now after the latest update and when there was the scanner didn't work properly 98% of the time when you go to scan a barcode on groceries it would either say No barcode found or that the product isn't approved when it would be approved. I wished that High mark Whole care would have kept the Healthy Benefits card because the new My Flex Cards are garbage and this app for it is even more garbage it ain't worth using.
