I've never had an issue with this app. It's set up perfectly for people that have trouble navigating throughout their account. It is labeled where it's easy to understand requirements or explanations of each catalog and or category.

09/29/26, this App used to work but today when I tried using the product scanner to see if food items and pain relievers at Walmart and Dollar General were approved or not but the product scanner either couldn't find the barcode or it would say product not found on every single product I scanned. Not working at two different stores have to be a problem with the App not the stores or my device. I'm going to call my medical insurance company and make a complaint about this.

Some OTC items bought Jan-Mar are now taken from the rewards balance instead of OTC. Scanner says approved...wrong. Only when checking the balance do you see this. The reimbursement form is only when paying out of pocket. Aetna transferred from one balance to another when something similar happened. Having the rewards and OTC balances on the flex card is a mess. I returned items more than once since OTC items were wiping out the rewards balance. Prefer rewards on a gift certificate.less hassle.
