Health & Wellness • View your MyBlue Wellness Card balance and find out ways to spend and earn more rewards • Track rewards and monitor progress toward their health goals. • Send a secure message to FEP customer service reps with claims, enrollment or any questions • If you give us permission, we’ll send important reminders straight to your mobile device • You can easily access our website and social media channels through the app to Stay connected to FEP • Biometric and Second factor authentication enabled secure and easy access to your account
• We keep your information secure. We use the latest security technology and industry best practices to secure your information. Your account is yours—it can only be accessed through your MyBlue® login information. We recommend keeping your app up to date to ensure that it has the latest security features. You should keep your phone operating system up to date as well.

I continuously get buffering when I want to check my card activity, ways to spend, and ways to earn. I am very appreciative of the rewards package ; however if I don't understand how to use them and where I can use them, I might not utilize the card. Previously I mentioned problems. I no longer am I experiencing any bugs. THANKS! WELL WORTH the time to use. You won't regret it! I have maxed out my incentive rewards. Are they renewable?

This app is horrible and that's just being nice. Multiple times, I've had to reset my password. When I was able to attempt to log in, an error would come up saying "Try again later". I got so frustrated, I uninstalled it.

They've updated it, and now to login, you have to call their automated system, sit through 3 minutes of automated messages, then If you don't find and enter your member ID within 30 seconds, it hangs up on you. Then, you have to enter your DOB and zip code. This is absolutely absurd. I can more easily access controlled DOD systems from my phone than my insurance card through the app. This may be worth changing insurance altogether. Thankfully, it's open season
