So far it's good. Same login as the fep blue website, same verification code required, can get it sent by text message or email. The layout of the app is also similar to the website, which is good in terms of familiarity but can still take a few tries to find something if you don't remember what section to go to find what you need. One of the best things is that you can pull up the ID card from the home screen, and it looks exactly like your card, very helpful if you forgot your card.

I continuously get buffering when I want to check my card activity, ways to spend, and ways to earn. I am very appreciative of the rewards package ; however if I don't understand how to use them and where I can use them, I might not utilize the card. Previously I mentioned problems. I no longer am I experiencing any bugs. THANKS! WELL WORTH the time to use. You won't regret it! I have maxed out my incentive rewards. Are they renewable?

Won't verify, keeps saying "system error" and I have tried phone number and email. I refuse to call the number and waste my time on hold forever. Fix these developers! Everyone wants an app, but then they can't get it to work properly...

App gives you a system error a majority of the time when attempting to log in or when the app asks you to verify your login. Only way to sometimes fix the issue is to wipe your data from the app.

There's always a problem with getting on to the incentives section. I have to delete the app and reinstall it or log in via the web.
