As of most recent update, the login button has become a loading wheel, and I can't log in. edit: I don't have the option to update the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled (same app version, 7.1.0) and the loading wheel problem seems to have gone away.

Updated: After they have finally fixed the app it's working great! I just downloaded this app today, and it would not let me sign on showing an error message. I contacted technical support, and they swear that they are working on the app right now diligently. Then I get on here and look at all the reviews going back to August of this year what the same issue! If your app is not working take it out of the App Store!

Will only give me a blank screen where I should be able to log in at. I have uninstalled the app numerous times and still nothing.

I set up the login hit the link in the email, and it was all going smoothly then it wants to send a confirmation number. The screen goes to an error and won't log in I hope this can be resolved.

Garbage, unusable. Must be sent an email code to activate, but the screen to enter to code into closes and logs you out if you open. Your Gmail, so I can't even set up an account and customer service closes at 5pm. I guess don't ever need anything from BCBS outside business hours.

When I hit the button to log in I get a blank page. I tried to log in from chrome instead but same result. I literally cannot get into my account at all through the app. I'm so frustrated.
