App won't let me log in, once email and password are in place the login button just spins and spins, I've deleted and re-downloaded multiple times, and it continues to just spin. The older version was better

Notorious for changing your PCP to another PCP without your consent, message alert your current PCP will no longer be participating with BCBSTX! You're the one having to be the detective to why your PCP is no longer in the network! I prefer to log in via Microsoft Edge website for the BCBSTX easier and faster with no hassle. Or you may log in via your email, providing you signed up to receive updates from BCBSTX. The app takes too long to load, or it says my login credentials are incorrect.
