This is the worst insurance company that exists, and I've used most of them. Their app is equally as dysfunctional. Frequent crashes, slow load times, non-functioning features, etc. Just use their website on a desktop PC.

Terrible app. No matter how many times I check "trust this device" it makes me so a sign in code from my email. On top of that the provider finder has constantly been failing to load. If you have the HPN this is an issue because it's harder to find a place where you're covered. It doesn't matter how well-designed and easy to navigate the UI is, this app needs a fix.

Can't log in into my account. The app is unusable. Before it did this it was ok, but now it's just taking up space on my phone.

After setting up and entering all the account information I agree to the terms of service, and it responds with "We have encountered an error try again later." This has happened for months, making the app unusable.
