I just began Blue Cross Blue Shield for my health coverage; it's been a very smooth experience. Cannot get logged in at all since you came out with the new app (could log in without any problems on the old app). Have tried about ten times now. I can still log in on the website, so my password/login isn't the problem. The error message is that BCBS NM cannot find my login info, and it says to call the number on the back of my insurance card, which is what I'm about to do.

Useless junk, from a terrible company. Impossible to log in, even. If it's
not just a generic "something went wrong" message, then it will randomly
throw out a "your account is not permitted access." Why even bother with a
mobile app when it doesn't work?
