I've had minor issues, but mostly it's been all good. I've used this insurance to successfully get out of chronic pain and more with recent care. I was previously in pain for over 6 years. I've also been able to get Wegovy. I've lost 27 lbs and feel better than I have on many years. Despite that I can sometimes get frustrated, I do recognize the help I've gotten and the fact that it's improved my life significantly.

Can't log in online, can't log in in the app, can't reach customer service. I literally can't get information about what you cover? Why am I even paying you?

Even though I set up the biometric sign-in, I keep getting asked to set it up every time. Even though I have clicked "trust this device," I always have to enter an emailed code. And once I set up the app, BCB SIL stopped recognizing my login on my laptop.

No way to find Provider. Does not remember credentials even if you check the box

Terrible app...never quite worked to begin with, but once we went up a tier with BCBS, they basically told me at the beginning of the year that my coverage had expired and that was it. So we had to download quantum health which is just as bad. For what we pay and for how little insurance companies care, they very least they could do is give you access to your own flipping information!
