I've had minor issues, but mostly it's been all good. I've used this insurance to successfully get out of chronic pain and more with recent care. I was previously in pain for over 6 years. I've also been able to get Wegovy. I've lost 27 lbs and feel better than I have on many years. Despite that I can sometimes get frustrated, I do recognize the help I've gotten and the fact that it's improved my life significantly.

Can't log in online, can't log in in the app, can't reach customer service. I literally can't get information about what you cover? Why am I even paying you?

After the latest update, the login no longer works, says username/password not recognized. However, the website still works and lets me log in. The forgot username and forgot password also doesn't work.
