After login, after hit all claim, the deductible and maximum are gone, also not able to switch to check out-of-network information. What happen. (I was able to check for those on and before April 1st) Update April 5th Thank you for your response and fix the issues. Sadness to say I send issue though "message" option in my BCBS account, up till now 18:33 CDT, I still haven't received response.

The bad thing about this app is that if you don't log in for a long time, it'll say it can't show any information. This seems to be a cache error or possibly a security feature poorly disguised. Anyway, I figured out if you log out and log back in, you don't have that issue. That being said, people in the middle of issues aren't troubleshooting. There needs to be a notice added explaining that they need to log in again. I gave 4 stars because I can find what I need, and the layout is intuitive.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It will not let me log in. I have reset my password 3 times, and it still won't let me log in. It says that "User ID or Password is incorrect." I had no problems logging into the older version of the app. It won't let me register a new account because I already have an account. What is the problem here?! How can the email address be incorrect if it sent me emails to reset my password then send 3 confirmation emails saying my password has been changed.

Probably the worst app I have on my phone. I constantly have to reset my password even though I know it's the right one because I can log in just fine on the site, plus biometrics never save. Overall slow as well
