I can no longer get on the link to the site for ordering prescriptions. I can't see any of my scripts anymore! I click on all those links, and they go nowhere, a blank, white screen! I have had nothing but trouble every time I've ordered my scripts through BCBS app!!

This app is rudimentary, and doesn't allow the ability to create individual profiles for family members. Sure, you can get basic info. But that's it. For all the money insurance companies charge patients, you'd think that they invest more in their apps and services to reduce phone calls. The virtual chat is a complete joke. My 9-year-old could create a better interface than this POS.

The app has outdated information about insurance policies. It shows obsolete policies as active. Lists coverage that is no longer covered. Shows payments due that are incorrect. It will definitely cause you a headache trying to get care for things since it is completely incorrect. Don't bother trusting it. Set your morning alarm and clear your schedule to deal with all the representatives. You might get one that you can understand and can answer your questions. Good luck.

Uninstalled. After having incredibly long loading times for the past year (2025), the app is no longer functional. Whether inputting your username and password or using biometrics to log in, it will always time out due to a "technical error," prompt you to tell it to retry, fail to log in again, and prompt you, once more, to retry. Don't bother downloading unless you enjoy hitting "retry" a lot and getting nowhere.
