This app is rudimentary, and doesn't allow the ability to create individual profiles for family members. Sure, you can get basic info. But that's it. For all the money insurance companies charge patients, you'd think that they invest more in their apps and services to reduce phone calls. The virtual chat is a complete joke. My 9-year-old could create a better interface than this POS.

I can no longer get on the link to the site for ordering prescriptions. I can't see any of my scripts anymore! I click on all those links, and they go nowhere, a blank, white screen! I have had nothing but trouble every time I've ordered my scripts through BCBS app!!

I suddenly can not use my app. When I open it, it says update, I click it, and it brings me to the Play Store no option to update. I uninstall it and re-download it and the same message. Leave it to an insurance company to find a way to make your life more complicated.
