Good app no problems yet. One question though the check is on the app when you get a reimbursement can you mobile cash that check or do you have to wait for it to be mailed

Will not allow me to even log in ! I put my username in along with the password and will not go through !! Can't see if my doctor is in the network or not. Why have an app, and it doesn't work !

This app has never worked since I downloaded it. It just stays stuck on the logo screen. The website doesn't work either. I thought Blue Cross Blue Shield was a pretty reputable company but man, this is so embarrassing for them. Please fix this app and the website.

It is so bad. It is not user-friendly in any way. I keep trying to set up auto-pay, but it's not working. My dental insurance is gone now even though I have only received one paper bill, the first one! I tried to go to the website, and it just took me back to this stupid portal app! 😤
