This is the best medical/prescription app I have ever used. My last insurance company you had to jump through a lot of hoops and hurdles to get the information you needed. But, with the Reconnect app it's easy as 1,2,3,and you're done. More apps need to be this way. Simple and easy to understand!

App is very slow and hard to navigate. Wife can't access flex card otc allowance to order supplements. Hard to access Medicare rx payments portal. Need more direct link access. Jumping through hoops trying to get to where we need to go.

APP is still not working of 2/28/26! ........what this company says about wanting their customers to have online access to their accounts, with their limited customer service and apps like this makes me wish I had never chosen BCBS. Edit: Rather than call a perpetual phone tree or email customer service (which I currently have no response yet for a couple of days) I believe I have a workaround. BUT I can assure you until BC/BS eliminates the requirement to create new sign ons for each product,
