We can only order fresh fruits and groceries from their online stores. It takes a minimum of 4 days (sometimes longer) for the produce to arrive. By that time, the ice packs have melted, the packing is soggy, and the produce has spoiled. Also, the cost is about 300% more than in local stores just down the street. We need to be able to order online from local stores. Please release our benefits cards for online purchases from stores you have already approved for in person shopping.

As of August 1st, the Benefits Pro app scanner, is glitching or not working properly as everything I scan comes up with the generic symbol and product not eligible. These are products I've been scanning and buying with my Anthem OTC card all year! Canned del monte peaches now are not eligible? Minute Maid refrigerated OJ not eligible? Apparently the developers of the app don't understand the embarrassment their users experience when the register tells them there's a problem with their purchase!

Too many surprises: surprise you can get healthy food (good), surprise you can order from TS Emporium/Misfits Market/Safeway (good), surprise you can't order healthy food only OTC (grr...), surprise TS Emporium/Misfits Market are back (yay!) but Safeway orders error out and website doesn't allow orders to even go into cart (grr...), surprise it works again, but you have to call after Safeway fails to deliver, and you get messages about "items left in cart" after order is complete! Too many bugs!!
