This is great for tracking my DBT diary cards (the ones therapists gave us are awful to look at). There's an area to journal and prompts if you need it. Behaviors. Urges. I just wish you could customize what those are more, like add things or delete ones irrelevant. I love that the skills I've learned from group are there, but not all of them. Another feature I wish we could alter. But it's a beautiful app.

Completely changed my life, I have BPD, Bipolar and ADHD this app has helped not myself individually but has helped my relationships with the people I love that I was hurting bc of my disorders! Highly recommend for anyone who is seeking help and doesn't know where or how to start!

Unable to register I tried registering with multiple emails and set up a password, and then to get the verification email it says invalid email, And it won't send the verification code

It looks promising but unfortunately, most of the content is behind a paywall, so it's impossible to access unless you pay a subscription. It would be understandable if it was a once off payment, but it's too expensive to sustain as a subscription service.

As someone with BPD who can't afford or gain access to proper DBT therapy, this app is great to help take the first steps needed to getting better, however, so many different walk-throughs and impactful exercises are locked behind a paywall, and that makes it difficult to make real progress. Logging my daily emotions and thoughts are helpful, and the coach is useful, but overall so much of the app is behind a paywall and that makes things very icky for me :(
