Pedant ontwikkelaars! This an extremely valuable resource for any client or clinician who is learning the DBT Skills or who has completed DBT skills trainings. What sets this particular app apart from most others in the android marketplace that it is based on the latest Skills Training Manual. Additional skills are included which are not available on many other apps. The features enabling the client to send diary entries to the therapist is a particular useful highlight feature of the app and also the agreement module in which clients can collaborate with their individual therapist in constructing crisis management plans. In terms of the gui of the app, the developers have chosen a darker colored interface which is easy on the eyes and the phone battery usage. The app can be locked by a password, useful in cases where the phone may be used by others. Well done to the developers of this app. It is a really well-designed app and will prove invaluable to clients of DBT and their therapists.

This is still one of the better DBT apps out there, even though this app has changed a bit since I last reviewed it. Contrary to what I initially thought, it still allows you to add extra diary fields, but you have to go into settings and scroll all the way down to where there is a little option that says "Extra Diary Field." I wish that weren't the case, because it's not as intuitive as it initially was when I first reviewed the app. That said, I'm glad there's still the ability to add extra fields as needed, as it allows you to tailor urges and target behaviors to your needs, which makes the diary card much more useful. I still wish I could completely customize the diary card, so it looks exactly like the one I used in my program, but I'm just happy that you can add your own custom fields, at this point. As for the rest of the app, it is a good mobile reference guide for reviewing the skills you've learned in DBT. I do wish it endeavors to keep up to date with the latest DBT trends and information, though. (PLEASE Master is now ABC PLEASE, for example.) At the very least, the ability to add notes, so you can note what's changed since the app was written, as well as the ability to add your own exercises that will help you practice these skills, would be super helpful. As I said, though, this is still one of the better apps out there. The information isn't hidden behind a paywall, and you can relatively customize your diary card. Of all the DBT apps I've tried so far on Google Play, this is, so far, my favorite.

I've been looking for a DBT app to help me better understand and review what I've learned since my physical book's table of contents is completely useless, but I can't even get into the app without giving file access which I absolutely will not do since it's completely unnecessary. Unfortunately I have to stick with the physical book.

Had potential, but won't allow me to use the app unless I allow the app to view my photos. That's clearly not necessary unless I plan on accessing a file in storage from within the app. If so, don't force me to allow you to access my photos to simply access the app. Makes no sense.

Rent a studio! FAST! So much potential in the app, but the sound quality is, well, how can I say it politely, horrendous at best. Spend some time (and yes money) for decent studio quality recordings. Using an old Nokia for making recordings *really* degrades the application and is missing the intended target because of it...

I can't give it a rating, because I could not use it, unless I gave it permission to access all my photos, media and files. This is a serious issue. Really would have liked to try it. Please sort this issue out.
