I love this app, it's quick and easy to use. I think it's a really practical tool for mental health. I like it.

I was skeptical about mental health apps but Untangle won me over quickly. The way it breaks down CBT techniques into daily exercises makes it feel genuinely therapeutic rather than gimmicky. I've noticed a real difference in how I handle anxious thoughts. It's become as much a part of my morning as coffee.

Untangle has helped me untangle a lot of difficult thoughts and emotions!

Nothing is genuine anymore. It's all AI. we don't want a chatbot, nobody wants a chatbot, and it feels malicious putting one in here to specifically get mentally ill people hooked on AI

Impossible to sign up unless you use your Google/Meta account

Signed up using my email and password then when I go to sign in it says email doesn't exist. So when I go to the sign-up and put my name and email, it says email already exists. So I can't log in to even try it.

I've used the app daily for over a year and used it weekly in therapy. But now I am not able to log in at all! I contacted support on June 19th, and they simply say they can't repeat the error in their test accounts and have no answers for me. I cannot access my data (a years worth) or my account even tho it's a paid subscription. So sad! Because it was very helpful.
