This is my favourite band out of all the ones ive used.. For some reason this app is playing up. No longer tracks my sleep and keeps changing my goals ive set. It also wont let me see my charts from previous days so please please fix the app ASAP so i can get back to it..

Syncing Cannot get it to sync with my android phone. Uninstalled& reinstalled. Steps keep disappearing & takes me back to 0.

I am able to log into the app but it just doesn't sync up with the band at all, I've even logged off my Samsung S4 and into a Samsung S5 and it still doesn't sync. I'm highly disappointed with it. And yes I have tried everything that was suggested on the website.

Like the band. Doesn't sync with app- have to keep deregistering and re registering device. Charts no longer load at all- 'unavailable'! Sleep teaching is hit or miss. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Used to work much better. I'd like to give it more stars, but not until it's working well again. Barely usable with current condition of app.

No recomiendo que lo compren No funciona con Samsung 5, se le acaba la batería en medio dia, la pantalla del pedometro no responde al tocar o es muy lenta. Y la aplicación aparece con errores, tengo que desinstalarla y luego volver a instalar y así es cada 3 dias. Se que es un producto barato pero al menos esperas que funcione lo que la empresa promete con el producto, pero es muy diferente a que te vendan un producto que no funciona. Y lo peor es que ya llevo casi el año con los mismos problemas y la empresa no lo arregla.
