I've only lived here a showtime and have had issues w the app not opening, biometrics not working and we attempting to make maintenance requests it gives an error msg, which I've made the office aware of...the reason y I gave 5* is becuz the app just updated, so I was able to get right in and pay w no problems...as a side note, whoever is in charge of this app really needs to acknowledge and address concerns regarding all these negative reviews as they are wat future tenants base their decision on

This is the worst apartment living app experience I've ever had. I can't even log in half the time I try to pay rent or submit service requests. Before acquiring more apartment living apps, please make yours work first. The previous apartment app at my complex actually worked. Update: They now force you to make scheduled payments to not get hit with pointless fees. It feels like they did this charge people extra who don't notice this BS. Absolute scum balls.

My apartment building is switching to this app, and the rent is due in a week, and I have no way to set up an account! You can only log in, but I have no logins! This app is ridiculous, I want Zego Living back.
