Hello, I will say this for the last 2 years or so, that I've lived here, it has been nothing but pleasant. The entire staff, maintenance and all, I will truly miss them. Would definitely recommend friends and family if need be to visit Cortland North Haven.

Terrible experience. The resident portal worked fine. I can't even log into the app, and it doesn't send forgot password emails like it should! So I'm SOL. Good job cortland!

This new Cortland app on my Android phone does not display the full screen. Especially in the rent payment screen the bottom part is blocked by the navigation bar where it is nearly impossible to click on the "send payment" button. It won't scroll down far enough, only shows a small sliver of the green pay button. Other screens are the same, unable to see or read whatever is at the bottom of the screen because unable to scroll down more! Also, no more community chat now so can't post to others.
