Hello, I will say this for the last 2 years or so, that I've lived here, it has been nothing but pleasant. The entire staff, maintenance and all, I will truly miss them. Would definitely recommend friends and family if need be to visit Cortland North Haven.

This new Cortland app on my Android phone does not display the full screen. Especially in the rent payment screen the bottom part is blocked by the navigation bar where it is nearly impossible to click on the "send payment" button. It won't scroll down far enough, only shows a small sliver of the green pay button. Other screens are the same, unable to see or read whatever is at the bottom of the screen because unable to scroll down more! Also, no more community chat now so can't post to others.

This is horrible to force your residents to use the app. With active building I was able to use flex for rent payments. Now I can't. And Jetty no longer offers Jetty rent. This decision to leave active building with no votes from its residents is no good.

App was not recognizing password change when switching to new app. When try to make a payment in portal, screen does not scroll down enough press button.

Can't Get Pass Terms and Conditions Page. New to app with property being sold. The terms and conditions page doesn't provide the document or links. The checkboxes are grayed out.
