RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community): - Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods. - Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees. - Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments - Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way. - Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps. - Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app. - Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app. - Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

Can't do maintenance requests on app as they say. You can't even do maintenance requests from the website. Guess I'll have the roof of the house leaking!!!

I think the idea that a "one-time passcode" makes it easier to login actually just makes it more annoying. ID rather just a username and password along with fingerprint and/or facial recognition would be just fine.

I can't register because it doesn't work!? I have hit the register button a thousand times and put my address in and nothing! It just circled back erasing what I just put in and if I do this all day it'll just keep telling me to put in my address! WOW! Like they said AI is taking over the world! REALLY!? Can't get registered and that's the only thing that I have tried to do is REGISTER!? BTW, AI sucks at this point!

Besides the usual login OTP issues. The app lags with delayed input & move in inspection image upload can't be undone. Upload limit is 5 per inspection item. Can't be changed once uploaded. Hope they're good enough. The inspection can't be accessed by the desktop website. Only mobile. For the landlords & property managers this works in their favor as they can grift any tenant who loses patience & gives up on the inspection. All for things that aren't tenant fault.
