Stop going to Walmart for your Money Orders. Pay from your couch. In 5 seconds if you have your payment information saved. Done. Worry over. No need for anxiety. It happens so fast you can click, click, click and be done before you read. Too fast for the worry of doing it, it's already done.

Enabled biometrics. doesn't work. Why even offer the feature?! Type in my email and switch "remember me" but it doesn't work. And doesn't remember. I have to type email and google verify every single time. I miss when this app worked. Now It's just faster to write a check to pay rent. Worthless. Update-they removed biometrics (so convenient) still doesn't remember email and have to enter every time. Google verify EVERY time. Again...worthless. Fire your dev guy rent cafe. I ordered checks.

It is unbelievable the scaling, loading and typing issues this app has. Want to pay with flex? You have to sign up here, but the scaling doesn't work, so you can't hit the continue button. Want to file a maintenance request? You can't use swipe typing, no autocorrect, and no automatic keyboard formatting. Sometimes buttons don't work. If you need to reference another app, then go back, it completely reloads everything. I've had to re-type requests multiple times because of this. Insane.

The housing Dept in Walnut Creek filled my account misspelling my last name over 8 years ago when I was desperately looking for emergency housing. I did not receive help resulting in housing. Now, 10 years later I have moved to a different part of the county, enjoying my low income housing for 1 year. When trying to join this portal for my new apartment, I found my email address connected to a misspelled last name with no way to correct this in your app. Not helpful! And no "contact us" option

The "Remember me" feature doesn't work if you use "Login with Google". The app has a 2-step login process where it forces me to enter my email first. If I log in using a One-Time Passcode, the app remembers my email for the next time. However, if I choose "Login with Google", it resets and clears the email field upon the next app launch. Please fix the authentication flow so that the app remembers the email regardless of the chosen login method.
