Arrowhead Pointe Staff are an amazing group of people. Vanessa and Freddy are always very helpful, smiling and awesome. They sure do out of their way to accommodate your needs daily. We sure do appreciate their extra hard work on helping with what is needed. Thank you, Vanessa and faculty. Keep up the amazing work

The property company responds in a timely manner. Haven't had any issues with the app

★★★★★ Todd Grodin · Oct 7, 2026

Very easy to navigate and pay my rent and also request work orders.

★☆☆☆☆ Hameed Abdullah · Oct 3, 2026

I have the ABSOLUTE hard time logging by OTP it sends the pass code randomly to my phone as opposed to instant, I can't verify through email because the page refresh when I leave the app to check the email making the pass code useless. If you exceed number of attempts you're locked out for 30 min and asked to contact support, which the information to support is nowhere to be found on home page or even accessible. Very poorly/basic developed app.

★☆☆☆☆ Marika Buchberger · Oct 4, 2026

They removed the fingerprint log in and replaced it with a text message code which makes no sense. If my cellphone is stolen or lost anyone with access to the phone can log into the account because the text message is delivered on the same phone.

There's some issues with grammar and broken English that makes you re-read a sentence 5 times before realizing it just doesn't make sense in addition to buttons that do nothing and pull down options that don't have options to select. It did however get my maintenance request through to the front desk very quickly and the apartment staff responded promptly.
