The app is very useful in placing service requests and paying rent on time. I've used it in 2 other apartment properties I lived at. It can be programmed for property specific, so you can get service at the correct address. It's been my experience that a number of properties are using this app

Resident Café is fabulous and gives you the ability to make one time payments. This feature removes the ability to need zen base (which charges you additional fees to use their split payment option). Resident Café also notifies you of events at the property complex and allows you to make direct maintenance ticket requests. It's the easiest app I've ever used for housing, and I hope more property management companies join in using this service!

Needs a LOT of improvement. Despite having a "remember me" option when you log in, it logs me out absolutely every single time, even if I just navigate away for a little while (using Google SSO), so I never received push notifications that are turned on in settings, and do not see bulletin board posts from neighbors or announcements. Also, just very frustrating to have to go through multiple steps to log in every time. Menus are a mess, e.g. view account balance hidden under autopay setup.

Basic functions like maintenance request are OK at best. Trying to look at documents takes you to an in-app browser that is awful, requires another sign in only able to use a one time code. When you leave to get the one time code from text and come back you are greeted with a blank screen making login impossible. This app is only OK at best when using basic functions like maintenance requests.

You're a bad landlord if you make your tenants use this app. Atuopay is broken, wouldn't take my debit card and the fees make it feel like having to pay my rent. This for sure feels like a scam. How come my last landlord had no problem taking and ACH deposit from me but this landlord is making me solve capt as to pay my rent. The UI is giving dollar general Microsoft paint graphic designer energy.

I usually stay away from third-party apps for several reasons, but sometimes I can't for several reasons. This buggy third-party app can't do simple fuctions. One of which is it forcing me to use two-step verification every time I log in unless I link my Google account. It deliberately crapified the sign-on process to force me into handing over third-party account access just to avoid the constant hassle.
