(Note: the app gets 5 stars. Bozzoto on the other hand is trash and treats its renters horribly.) App Review: Pretty simple UI, which is a good thing. Easy to navigate and pay your bills. Also logging a maintenance request is super easy which is a nice feature to have. You don't need to use the app.

This company just took over my complex in the last month. Unable to find my address on the app, unable to pay rent. They use a 3rd party site for rent payments anyway that also hasn't been updated.
