The agents I spoke to on having an extension on my payment didn't leave any notes and that they never email you on the conversation you had with them. They don't communicate with each other, and I had to fight for year for them to install ducking for the downstairs vents cause there was no ducking and the house stayed cold. Worst experience with the whole company has a whole. Don't sign the lease and choose somewhere else

Do you have oodles of extra money just lying around? Do you enjoy being scammed blind? Do you enjoy waiting six to eight weeks for a maintenance request to be fulfilled? If so, then first key homes is the perfect option for you. They will steal your security deposit, force you to pay for things that you're not supposed to be responsible for, and have the worst customer service representatives and feedback ever. Unless you enjoy any of the items I listed above, Avoid First Key Homes at all cost.

Previously worked very well. Today I got my first bill from YES Utilities but when I go to log in because they use an email/text OTP for login verification now, it says invalid even though the proper number is being entered. Then it just sits on a loading screen forever. Very frustrating.

Horrible experience with this company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Regarding the app. It's glitchy. The pay button just circles and circles and circles. The contact us button conveniently doesn't work.
