The ResidentPortal app provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone.
Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features).
Much of the ResidentPortal app is configurable by the property in which you live. Property settings include, but are not limited to, payment methods, payment days, full balance payment requirements, or maintenance request availability.

Trying to reset my password but these people and app do not work properly. I have been requesting to change password for 6 dayz, and I still have yet to receive a mail with the link to change my password, and they do not have a way to contact customer service because it does not appear like they even have a customer service to contact. This app sucs monkey balls.

DO NOT SAVE PAYMENT METHODS! Prepaid balance on 27th, balance said $0.00. Entrata generated rent due email on the 1st. I select amount due, and I was automatically charged because I had a payment method saved. I did not agree to pay. I got charged rent twice. This is a know issue with Entrata and has been devastating for people who pay amounts that they can't duplicate potential funds or a double charge wipes their ewmaining account balance or insufficient fund fees. MAJOR SYSTEM GLITCH! FIX IT!

Terrible response time for maintenance requests, also closing requests that have not been completed. Don't answer emergency calls either
