Makes workflow better, no need for paper work orders anymore. Add ability to view previous work order history and phone numbers for each resident, not just the requester. Default permission to enter should be "no permission to enter" to prevent unwanted entries. Allow direct calls to residents from the app via an Entrata number with the property name as the caller ID, so we don’t have to use personal cell phone number. Notify resident via text / email for work order notes, ping app with replies.

Just started using the app, and I'm getting used to it, it only took me 3 days to get it figured out. It's very easy to navigate and find what you're looking for and to complete work orders. I'm used to using Yard and this app is much better than Yard. Great Job on building this excellent app.

Every update makes the app version worse and the app version is just a shell of the desktop version to begin with. After this latest update, the only location category I can create issues in is "patio/balcony", so all my make ready work orders are "patio/balcony-actually in bathroom, need to snake sink drain." I tried to uninstall/reinstall to fix it, can't remember my password, and the password reset function doesn't work, it just sits there loading forever.

Sync issues, double work orders, refresh stuck at 99%, doesn't show all work orders and more. Can't properly perform my work duties very dissatisfied.

I have an SSO login. The older version allowed me to log in. That option is no longer in the app. Is there an alternate way to log in with an SSO?

No matter how many times this app is updated, it stops sending notifications. I have to re-sync the app every few minutes to check for new work orders. This has happened on the Android and iOS versions. Repeatedly. Extremely annoying.

This is the worst app I've ever used. My company switched to this BS, and it started to take a nose dive. It's 3am, and I'm trying to figure out why hrs are disappearing 😕 on an Ipad AND my Samsung. It's not syncing, and it never does until the admin is contacted. There's no comprehensive way to view hrs in the app or see total hrs entered. If you were thinking about switching DON'T. This app sucks.
