Just started using the app, and I'm getting used to it, it only took me 3 days to get it figured out. It's very easy to navigate and find what you're looking for and to complete work orders. I'm used to using Yard and this app is much better than Yard. Great Job on building this excellent app.

Makes workflow better, no need for paper work orders anymore. Add ability to view previous work order history and phone numbers for each resident, not just the requester. Default permission to enter should be "no permission to enter" to prevent unwanted entries. Allow direct calls to residents from the app via an Entrata number with the property name as the caller ID, so we don’t have to use personal cell phone number. Notify resident via text / email for work order notes, ping app with replies.

Decent features but the app is so buggy when trying to refresh and open/close work orders

We use this for our maintenance crew. The idea and functionality are great, WHEN IT WORKS. It seems like every other week when I refresh to get new work orders. It'll go to 11% then stop updating without showing any recent additions/work orders. And it can last anywhere from a few hours to days when it won't update and show anything new. But you can access them on the web version, but that is a pain is a pain if you're using a phone to access it.

I have an SSO login. The older version allowed me to log in. That option is no longer in the app. Is there an alternate way to log in with an SSO?
