I recently used this service to obtain renters insurance, and I couldn't be happier. It was incredibly easy to use, and I was able to quickly get the coverage I needed. The entire process was smooth, and the service was top-notch. The app was a game changer. It was lightning fast and worked seamlessly. I was able to quickly show proof of insurance when I needed it. Overall, I highly recommend this service.

Downloaded App and says credentials are wrong but are correct when logging in with browser. Even double-checked saved passwords. Option to log in using resident portal doesn't work. Web Programmer needs to fix bug. Also, when I updated from individual Identity theft insurance to family plan Identity theft insurance, it no longer shows policy information. It shows as individual on first initial page but when I click show policy information for ID theft, it is a blank screen. It disappeared.

The only issue I have with Homebody is not being able to make a payment for the due date. I have to pay my bills when I have the money so when they won't accept the payment when I have it causes the payment to fail

App did not process auto-pay for 12/28. Caused drama b4 I cncld payment to avoid rent late fees. Payment shown as pending transaction from 12/28 through 1/5 No more auto-pay for us.

Just installed this app in an attempt to access my account. I created my account, it said it found me, then proceeded to tell me the password I JUST CREATED was incorrect and will not let me log in. All attempts at trying to get a password reset code were met with an error. I have had renters insurance with Homebody for almost 2 years ago this is not a new account. I also tried logging into the website and that failed as well.
