My landlord prefers this over anything else. It typically has not issues, but will randomly tell me I still owe even tho I've paid. Typically, when I clear the cache it will clear that notification.

No matter how many times you tell it to stop reminding you about their other options, it does. They send you emails about sending in your renter's insurance to them even though you have your insurer mail the renewed contract to your management directly. They charge you a dollar service charge to pay directly from your bank if you have it saved, every time. They charge you another dollar to add a new bank account, plus the dollar fee. They charge $70 and change if I want to pay with a card.

I'm unable to link my account through Plaid when I have previously used Plaid for other transactions and the agent in the chat is keeps trying to get me to pay by card so that I will have to pay their exorbitant $46 payment fee. Very gimmicky and scamish company to have to go through just to pay rent.
