Crooked company they charge the landlord for service. Then try and charge the tenants as well. Scam

I have used rented for almost 2 years now for my 2 rental properties. The horrible thing about this platform is that whatever payments you're receiving from your tenant through the app is not secured. The tenant can call his/her bank and rented won't even protect you or try to counter the tenants claim. My tenant after paying for August and September through the app, later on disputed the payments over a month later and rented just pulled back all the money from my bank account. Horrible

Garbage app. Can't edit auto-pay without paying the next months rent. Can't use photos in your camera roll for maintenance requests. If you can, use any other rent platform.
