I have tried multiple times to use this app. The first time I was able to get into the banking part, but then when I went back to finish the rest of the app, it now says I'm not a tenant. I have lived in the same apt. For 10 years. Original problem might have been that a wrong e-mail address was entered by landlord, but now nothing works. I will pay through belle if I have to.

Using this is a dumb thing who ever thought of is a stupid idiot they can lose your money, and it's stupid they charge you just to pay your rent that is the most stupid thing ever

I'm unable to link my account through Plaid when I have previously used Plaid for other transactions and the agent in the chat is keeps trying to get me to pay by card so that I will have to pay their exorbitant $46 payment fee. Very gimmicky and scamish company to have to go through just to pay rent.
