App is slow and barely loads, and every time I AM able to get it to work it logs me out completely. App was also much better before they started charging to use it to pay rent. Now it won't load for me at all, and I need to delete my account. Fun times.

IDK why it does this, but every few months my account stops doing automatic payments, and it's highly annoying. There's no notifications or anything. The company that owns the storage unit I rent will only allow me to pay through this stupid app. I'm going to change storage units when spring hits just so I can avoid any problems in the future with this stupid app and avoid late fees. It's ridiculous.

I cannot even get the app off the loading screen. I'm trying to fill out an application for an apartment, I followed the link the agent emailed me, downloaded the app, opened it, and it's still loading?! I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times now. Why? I do have a stable internet connection. I linked my PayPal as the app instructed, and it WILL NOT LOAD. On Tenant cloud pro it prompted me to add a payment: either PayPal or credit/debit card. I linked PayPal and the app will not load.
