This app is convenient but weird. I just paid my rent and recd the receipt of payment. Yet on the Dashboard and the Lease page it says I still owe AND that I've paid more than my lease requires. Both are wrong. I paid the correct amount and no longer owe for this month.

I couldn't even create (activate) my account. The app didn't register the address I selected from the drop-down menu, and that's the end of it. Please withdraw the app from Google Play Store, until your iron out all the bugs. Thanks.

1. A landlord who won't undertake repairs - even if rent is in arrears - is in violation of every tenancy act in every democracy on the planet. 2. Landlords can't legally demand adherence to ANY electronic measures. 3. Paying rent is already easy 4. Even if this app was viable it would be redundant. Tickets are useful though. Capture/print the app's blank ticket screen, make copies, fill in and submit as things break down. It's the most this app's current iteration can provide.

Good app when it works. Unreliable to receive notifications. It will say you have updates or messages on a ticket but nothing will show up in the app. As Unreliable as the app is useless landlords still force you to use it & say too bad.
