Looked at several apps. Housters very comprehensive and does most of what I am looking for. Please find a way to partition expenses across units in an HMO. Expense allocation is still manual.

What? No partial rent? 2 major issues. 1. No partial rent, half now half later or weekly. 2. Security deposit has to be 1+$ otherwise won't let you save.

Don't upgrade I updated now it says my free trial is about expire, and it's $1 per month per property. Deleted

New update keeps crashing. App is unusable now. Update:: app is somewhat usable now. You can finally get waht you need done after it crashes a couple of times. SUPER slow. After entering and completing one procedure, it's quicker to close the app and start all over again.

App is broken. I keep getting logged out when trying to add my bank info. I can't pay my rent. Thanks, Housters
