Only bad part is couples. Husband did account but didn't ID w/ him & there was no way to add another person to his account, so I could upload my ID.

This app is awesome for homeowners. It has everything you need for keeping up with your home in just a few taps. We've had a couple minor work orders done and Andy White was our maintenance guy both times. He was a very polite and informed worker, he had images we uploaded through the app, and he knew right away exactly what needed to be done. Very cool and efficient app.

Please Invitation Homes, I begging you, set up my trash removal that I've paid for 2 months included in my rent payment. Reimburse me for having to set up and pay for my own trash removal as I should not have to pay you and Red Oak Sanitation. Some invisible persons named "Larry" or "Beth" will see the review, private message me, promise me they are sending this issue priority to upper manage then ...nothing. It is just rubbish removal. There is no way it is this difficult for you.

We went to view a property two other potential tenants showed up. We were all speaking with different agents who were quoting different prices. Agents need to definitely let potential customers know they need to download the app and have that information all put together before showing up to view the property. It became so frustrating that we just hung up and left because it was so unorganized that we thought it was probably a scam!

I wouldn't Recommend getting a home from them without really reading everything. They throw bills on your bill that they don't want to pay. They change you for the last people who lived in your home & cut off the Utilities in their name. This year will be the only year I rent from them. Good Luck & don't Rush into anything cause that's what happened to me. I wanted to get away from the Apartment that we were in cause my Mommy Passed Away in our Apartment, so I just rushed into something.
