This app is awesome for homeowners. It has everything you need for keeping up with your home in just a few taps. We've had a couple minor work orders done and Andy White was our maintenance guy both times. He was a very polite and informed worker, he had images we uploaded through the app, and he knew right away exactly what needed to be done. Very cool and efficient app.

I wouldn't Recommend getting a home from them without really reading everything. They throw bills on your bill that they don't want to pay. They change you for the last people who lived in your home & cut off the Utilities in their name. This year will be the only year I rent from them. Good Luck & don't Rush into anything cause that's what happened to me. I wanted to get away from the Apartment that we were in cause my Mommy Passed Away in our Apartment, so I just rushed into something.

Invitation homes is buying up and building entire neighborhoods to RENT OUT. TO KEEP PEOPLE AS RENTERS AND CREATE ARTIFICIAL HOUSING SCARCITY. Their rent rates are very predatory with inflated prices that most single family and/or single income households can't afford. Invitation homes communication is lacking. Older houses need updating. I rented a worn down, under managed 3 bedroom for $2100/mo. The fruit trees and the yard in the back were in terrible condition. Wall and gate are falling apart
