Can't trust credit report or criminal report from Zillow. Don't create lease in Zillow. Get SSN and DL and run your own credit and background check before doing a lease. Zillow will not help or can not help when you entered into a bad lease on Zillow based on it credit report and background check. You are on your own with getting attorney to help follow up. I entered into Zillow lease base on background and credit check with Zillow and the tenant is a con. Following up w Zillow won't help.

Do NOT trust the tour calendar, it does not reliably show booked tours. Add to that an arbitrarily short 24 window to accept tours and a generally slow, network bound app and this app has caused me more harm than good.

If zero stars were possible, I’d give that. My experience with Zillow Rental Manager has been incredibly disappointing. The tenant signed the lease and initiated both rent and security deposit payments, but they remain “pending” and were never processed. Zillow still shows them as “in progress,” even after the tenant refused to pay and violated the lease. Attempts to reach support have gone unanswered, leaving me to handle the issue legally on my own.
