There is no way to get to messages from calendar events, so you need to back out to the main menu and go to messages to look up each person. It's really frustrating when you have a lot of inquiries. You can't schedule tours for people so if they can't figure it out you need to divide up your availability into before and after the tour. These are basic features, and it's hard to believe, so little thought was put into making it user-friendly. You could literally ask AI to build them for you.

Can't trust credit report or criminal report from Zillow. Don't create lease in Zillow. Get SSN and DL and run your own credit and background check before doing a lease. Zillow will not help or can not help when you entered into a bad lease on Zillow based on it credit report and background check. You are on your own with getting attorney to help follow up. I entered into Zillow lease base on background and credit check with Zillow and the tenant is a con. Following up w Zillow won't help.

Had my rental ad up for almost a whopping whole hour. Messages flowing, everything running great. Then everything stopped. Went back to add, and it's listed as "Expired. ".are you serious? They say my pictures of the water heater and furnace are "inappropriate" and "not relevant." Tried calling Zillow, was to email and wait 24 hours. What a clown shows. I guess back to Facebook Marketplace for my rental ads since Zillow, who solely handles real estate sales and rentals, can't figure it out.
