Reviewing the Residents' app only... Could be a little more intuitive, but overall, it is easy to use. For autopay, it would be helpful if a notice could be sent when the time period for autopay lapses to avoid missing payment deadline for that month, and to allow reenrollment.

App works fine, but this company is something else. We moved into a house and even after I said something about bugs beforehand they still didn't say anything about the people before us having roaches. Not only that but they charged me for having a bug guy coming to spray but yet he only did the kitchen. Does anyone know how many diseases cockroaches have they have over a thousand diseases, and I have a newborn in the house with no immune system, and they seem to think it's fine.

Terrible Application does not let you access to your payment activity or see how these crooks rip you off. Do not keep accounting information updated.

I was really existing when we first leased through Vine brook Homes. We have stayed with this company for one year today. Customer service management can be alot better. Home office needs reconstruction and classes on customer service and the renters are human also. The company doesn't allow you to own the homes. I love my home nice area wonderful neighbors that has become family. Vine brook Homes please just know that you are a good company.

App works fine, but don't expect anyone to show up and fix anything. Maintenance takes forever even if your heats out, and it's below freezing. They'll also jack up your rent 15% a year
