ACU always has my back and the folks there are good people, professional, understanding and patient and have excellent customer service skills. I'm extremely happy being a member of ACU. They will be one credit union I will retain for life. To all the Staff at ACU thank you for doing an outstanding job in covering my back when I need you the most. My opinion has not changed A/O 08-27-23 😀.

If you're a business and want to have your funds available the day of or at a MAXIMUM 2 days after which is still inconvenient then DO NOT bank here! They place checks on hold for 5 business days even if you've deposited large amounts in the past and small amounts. I just think it's super frustrating that you have to wait to get paid especially if you have employees as a small business owner or subcontractors who need a deposit prior to working

Ever since the update now, the numbers are all jumbled, and what is available is an itty bitty. Riding, and what is in your account? But you can't use is in big, bold writing. And then when you go to transfer, it doesn't even show you the available amount. It only shows you the amount that's in there that you can't touch.
