I really enjoy banking with PEFCU. I have ALWAYS had a GREAT experience. Whenever I step into the bank, I am greeted with such warmth. Whenever I call, it is fast and efficient. I just made a huge change to ONLY have one bank and the representative I spoke with on transitioning this feat, made my concerns disappear by providing information about the co-ops. I am so happy 😊. I think I have been with PEFCU for 16 years now. Credit Union is the way to go. I hope you choose this one, we are family.

Cant open the app right now it just freezes and crashes as I try to log in and nobody can help me, ive been having to call on the phone to pay my bills as I can't even do that on the web browser. Constant updates for that??

MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED TRANSACTIONS OCCURRED NO WHERE I LIVE OR BEEN. PEFCU NEVER TEXTED ME. SOMEhow ACCESS TO MY ONLINE MOBILE OR EMAIL NO IDEA AND AGAIN WITHIN 30 MINUTES MORE MONEY WIPED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. WITHIN 10 MINUTES I WAS AT BRANCH TO ONLY BE TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS MEANWHILE I HAVE ZERO MONEY TO PROVIDE FOR MY DAUGHTER ON A 3-DAY WEEKEND. FILED A POLICE REPORT FROM MY HOUSE AND WILL BE CONTINUING TO REQUEST MY MONEY BACK SOONER THAN LATER FROM PEFCU WHO FAILED TO NOTIFY ME.

At first I like banking here then all of a sudden fraud protection stopped working they gave my money away then I had to get new card, I ask if my auto-pay bills would be paid like rent and bank loan they said yes only thing that they are auto-paying is the loan that I owe them, so now I have to inconvenience myself and go to bank on west side to be disrespected then same results im looking for another bank I don't play stupid games like to get your feeling, so I will go to another bank simple
