One of the best banks I have ever been to. They really helped me realize that banks shouldn't be something to be afraid of, but they should be there to help you. I highly commented Melinda from the connect lake branch. Truly everyone has dreams, but those dreams start with financing them. At this bank I truly feltike they wanted to help me. At the very least, I've never felt this from any of my other banks.

The app makes banking easy, there's not much I can't do through the app, which is great since it's hard to make it to a branch with my work hours and distance from a branch.

Overall banking experience very good. Your debit card department is a joke. I have left them 3 messages because I never received my new debit card. They have never returned my calls.

App is damn near unusable. All I want to do is link my bank, so I can pay my line of credit. I was unable to link my account and was told it was on my banks end it is not it is the app. I was told to try a secondary app like belle or chime, so I tried that, and I am unable to link chime due to it giving me a captcha error and won't allow me to reset also I'm not even sure it will allow me to do what I am wanting even if I get that figured out.

I really wish they had carried over features from the old app. I enjoyed being able to have a pin to log in not entering a password every time. This app never remembers to keep me logged in the fingerprint scanner won't work on my phone.
