Easy as pie!! I read these reviews and almost didn't download it. I'm glad I gave it a shot! I downloaded, checked my balance, and made a transfer in 3 minutes!! On the first login!! I don't know if everyone else had never used the actual website or what? I had used it before, so maybe that's why it was so simple. This app is great! When I'm in a hurry and away from my computer I can do whatever is necessary to keep the money flowing!!

Refuses to remember my login info and will not use my biometrics like it says it will. Also asks me security questions EVERY LOGIN

No longer allows thumbprint reading, and now it isn't allowing me to log in at all. I don't know what happened, but it went downhill quick.

This is a horrible app. Slow, it takes 2-3 minutes to load, another 2–3 minutes to look at your accounts. The worst this app has ever been.
