The ADAC Pannenhilfe App offers you quick and intuitive help with reporting accidents or breakdowns to the ADAC worldwide. It is easy to use and always ready for use.
To save time in an emergency, you can create your profile and your vehicles in advance in the app and/or have your data synchronized by registering (login) on adac.de.
Thanks to the location function, the ADAC Pannenhilfe App automatically determines the location of your breakdown. In an emergency, all important information can be transmitted to our helpers quickly and easily. Once you have requested help, you will be kept up to date on the current order status via push and status messages. You will also be informed of the expected waiting time and you will have the opportunity to track the driver's location live shortly before arrival.
The ADAC Pannenhilfe App is available to all users free of charge - including non-members. However, the assistance provided by ADAC roadside assistance is only free for members within the scope of the membership conditions.

It was the 3rd time I had to request road assistance from my provider ADAC. Just recently my car broke down, just half an hour away from Nassau. I contacted ADAC assistance over the app, within 1 hour my car, and we were picked up by a friendly driver. Together we were dropped off at the ADAC station near Deggendorf, where I also received my rental car, all without charge, due to my membership. If everything worked out in Germania like it did with ADAC, this country wouldn't be in shambles.

Car broke down in the a5. Had to call 3 times and wait 4 hours to get assistance. The person that picked up the car was polite and kept us updated but adac by itself was awful and slow. Overall 5 stars for the tow truck and 1 for adac

After installing the App is called "Breakdown Assistance". Why? Just call it "ADAC Pannenhilfe" or "ADAC Breakdown Assistance". Otherwise, how am I supposed to find it by searching for it in the rare cases I need it?
