A simplistic way of looking at your health. It would be great if you could put notes against each day's reading. As I test out different health choices or compounds. Also, the device doesn't seem to charge properly. Once it's charged it does not charge again and will slowly deplete. It seems to run out after about 8 hours. Also, my readings widely swing. From a 21-year-old right upto 60-year-old. Although that is in line with how well I slept and how bad I've been with my health.
