I found their customer service of top-notch. My first interaction with Adeslas was for emergency treatment for eye checkup and the doctor diagnosed me very well. He took his time and then provided medicine. I am feeling improvement after the medications. Gracias

Too soon to ask. You should give more time to the customers, in order to achieve some experience in the usage of the app and also that of the services offered. Even so, so far, so good.

Bowel cancer operation success and aftercare 100% fully informing family of all procedures and post op follow-ups. Previous shoulder op after accident, couldn't repair excessive damage but cleaned up the damage to aid recuperation and further use of arm to near on 95%.

Impossible to access any useful part of the application. It's a shame to offer people this level of service in XXI century. Misleading, confusing, chaotic, slow and useless.

Scammed me for 3 years, SHE DID NOT MENTION 3 YEARS, didn't even show me the contract, it is a now way more expensive than my past insurance, the app sucks too, why the hell do I have to type in the specialities? Show me a list then I'll pick from it, how is it so hard? Also, it doesn't even have the biggest hospital in my area. Most good reviews must be fake.

I just insured with Adeslas. The application has bugs, but the most serious one is: when I search for a doctor, I add adress, I add policy and then when I go to select specialist/doctor it shows nothing ("No hay resultants"). So, you cannot see the doctors. I have called 3 times the customer service, and they are not willing to help. So the application on android has issue, and you cannot find doctors. ----—---------- Even after an update the problem persists. Very disappointing.
